Prices quoted are Airport to Airport only and are based on actual or volumetric weight; whichever is the greater; however 90% of personal effect shipments go on their actual weight. If however your baggage is bulky or oversized then please call us to check if the volumetric weight will be used to calculate the price. Statement of Conditions

All business is undertaken subject to our standard trading conditions as displayed on this website and the below points are additional to our standard trading conditions.
All European destinations will be subject to an additional VAT charge
Take careful note of the prohibited luggage and restrictions shown on this website. The price displayed above does not include any “airport arrival fees”, which may consist of some of the following charges: import airline handling, documentation fee, destination customs processing fee, quarantine fees, import clearance, import storage, finance fees, taxes and duty.
This web quotation is a good guide, and as long as your information is accurate the prices which are displayed can be used as an accurate guide. The rates are valid for 7 days and are subject to flight confirmation, space availability and final checking of the weight and dimensions by an Excess Bags operator/representative.
Transit time for the “to airport” service is 5-7 working days from time of receiving cleared funds in to our account.
Shipments will not be dispatched from our warehouse until such time as payment has been received as cleared funds in to our account.
Collections must be arranged 48 hours in advance to be sure we will meet your specific day, however shorter notice periods may be arranged but subject to confirmation by an Excess-Bags operator/representative.
You can specify your day of collection between Mon-Fri (excluding any public holidays), however our driver could turn-up any time between 9am -5pm on the specified day. If however you need us to be more specific please let us know and we will adjust our collection quotation accordingly.
Any missed collections will be charged out at full tariff, so please be sure that someone is available to release it to the driver.
Every piece in the consignment must have the customers name, address and telephone number at destination, written on permanent ink, label or tag.
Consignments can be sent on a clearance and delivery basis “Delivered to door”, please call an Excess Bags operator/representative on 0800 652 7111, maximum weight 30 kgs per piece.
The volumetric capacity of your entire consignment will be taken in to account. If the volumetric capacity is greater than the weight then this amount is used to calculate your quotation. Please see our FAQ section on how to calculate your volumetric weight.
